Proposal
Quote launched with nothing more than an idea on paper: without a visual system, the founding team had nothing to provide to the development team. The entire visual architecture (design guide and atomic system) was built from scratch by customizing AntDesign with the company’s own branding, rather than relying on a generic framework look. Today, the platform is transitioning to a new visual identity based on HeroUI, prioritizing responsive, multi-device usability for the first time.
Results
The migration to the new brand is 80% complete after 5 months, with UX/UI adjustments implemented directly into the code using Claude Code + Figma MCP, and real user data from production used to identify bugs and opportunities for improvement. The platform currently operates with over 10K+ quotes generated, over 320+ institutions in the network, and over 9K+ programs available globally.
